You can make FREE changes up to 14 days before your start date! As long as you reschedule at least 14 days before your start date, you can change your trip for free.
Bookings can be amended until 14 days before the program start date without any costs if there are restrictions in place at your destination. You can make free changes to your program start date, volunteer project, or destination up to 14 days before your start date.
With us, you can easily and without any extra costs, combine any of our projects in one location, so you can make your own unique tailor-made schedule.
We recommend applying as early as possible, as some programs are sometimes fully booked, but you can make last-minute bookings up to 2 weeks before your start date, just check with us for availability!

Fill out the Application Form below and we will let you know if you are accepted within 48 hours.
2. Deposit
Once accepted you pay your deposit of 200 Euro, 200 Pounds or 200 US$ to reserve your place in the program. The deposit is part of your total amount (and NOT an extra payment), and will be deducted from your total fees.
3. Remaining Fees
You pay the remaining fees of your program, minus the deposit which you already paid, six weeks before the start date of your program.
