How fast do you reply?
WhatsApp: usually within an hour during UK business hours (9am-5pm Mon-Fri). Email and form messages: within 24 hours on weekdays. Outside UK working hours we still see WhatsApp messages — we just reply the next morning.
Can my parents contact you directly?
Yes, and we encourage it. We answer parent questions personally, by WhatsApp, email or phone. We can provide a full safety overview for any specific destination or program. There are no awkward gatekeepers — if a parent wants to talk through safeguarding, accommodation, emergency contacts or anything else, our team handles it directly.
Do you respond at weekends?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday. We do see WhatsApp messages on weekends and reply when we can, but for guaranteed response times stick to weekdays.
I'm not ready to apply — can I still ask questions?
Yes. Most of our conversations start with people who are months away from booking. Ask anything.
I sent a message and haven't heard back. What now?
Check your spam folder first — our replies sometimes get caught there. If it's been more than 48 hours on a weekday, send us a quick WhatsApp — we always reply.
