Volunteer in The Philippines 2026

Immersion Volunteer Programs in The Philippines

Our programs are based in Palawan (Tigman Village / Aborlan) and El Nido, allowing you to create your own schedule from 1 to 8 weeks and, if you wish, combine locations.

Explore the options first.
Then apply once you know The Philippines is right for you.

Are The Philippines right for you?

The Philippines is a good fit if you:

– Want a community-based volunteer experience
– Enjoy working with children, communities, or environmental projects
– Prefer a relaxed, rural or island-based setting
– Are open-minded and flexible

The Philippines may not be the right fit if you are looking for luxury travel, a fast-paced city environment, or a tightly structured daily schedule.

Where you’ll be based

El Nido
A coastal area known for its lagoons and islands. Programs here are based in Nacpan Village, outside the main tourist centre, offering a mix of community projects and island life.

Palawan (Tigman Village / Aborlan)
A long-established rural location offering a wide range of community, education, healthcare, and environmental projects in a traditional village setting.

What volunteering in The Philippines looks like

All Bali programs are paid volunteer programs and include accommodation, meals, local support, and coordination.

Most volunteers:
– Volunteer 4–6 hours per day, Monday to Friday
– Have free time in the afternoons
– Have weekends free for travel or rest

Projects can be combined week by week, depending on availability.
