14-Day Itinerary: The Thailand Loop
Phase 1: Culture & Chaos (Bangkok)
Day 1: Arrival & Coastal Welcome
Land in Bangkok, check into our base, and meet your squad for a welcome dinner.
Touch down at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), where you’ll be greeted by our team and transferred to the breezy coastal town of Hua Hin. You need to arrive between 06.00 and 16:00.
After checking into your accommodation and meeting your squad, we dive into a “Thailand Culture Intro” to set the stage for your journey.
The night begins with a traditional welcome dinner at Tamatine, followed by an evening at the Cicada Market—a creative hub of local art, live music, and authentic street food.
Meals: Dinner included
Day 2: The Royal Pavilion & Social Mission
We head into the rugged beauty of Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park to find the legendary Phraya Nakhon Cave.
After the hike, you spend the afternoon cooling off at the beach before an official introduction to your social service modules.
The evening is yours to explore the vibrant Hua Hin Night Market.
Meals: Breakfact/Lunch/Dinner included
Day 3: Social Service:
Today marks the start of your “Real Impact” phase. You will be assigned to a community-led project—whether it’s teaching in local schools, hands-on construction, or eco-conservation work.
We will ask for your preference when you book so you can join the project of your choice.
This isn’t just “voluntourism”; you’re working on meaningful tasks that support long-term local needs.
After a day of hard work, we unwind at the Pae Mai Market, a bustling local spot known for its incredibly fresh produce and authentic snacks away from the tourist path.
Meals: Breakfact/Lunch/Dinner included
Day 4: Community Work & Language
We return to the service sites to continue our mission, focusing on project continuity and community connection.
Your morning is dedicated to teaching or construction, while the afternoon shifts to lesson planning and a “chill-out” session at the Market Village Mall to recharge.
To deepen your immersion, the day concludes with a Thai Language Class, giving you the essential phrases needed to negotiate markets and connect with the locals on a deeper level.
Meals: Breakfact/Lunch/Dinner included
Day 5: Final Impact & Reflection
Your final full day of social service in Hua Hin allows you to see your project through to completion.
Whether you’re putting the finishing touches on a classroom or wrapping up a conservation initiative, the morning is about leaving a tangible mark.
The afternoon is reserved for project wrap-ups and personal reflection time.
Enjoy a free evening to revisit your favorite Hua Hin spots or simply relax with your squad before we move on.
Meals: Breakfact/Lunch/Dinner included
Phase 2: The Heart of the Kingdom (Bangkok)
Day 6: The Capital Shift
Time for farewell to Hua Hin, we pack our bags and head North to the high-energy capital, Bangkok.
We swap the quiet coast for the neon-lit streets of the city.
After checking into our accommodation, we head straight into the heart of the traveler scene: Khao San Road.
This world-famous market is the perfect place to grab a pad thai and soak in the chaotic energy of Bangkok at night.
Meals: Breakfact/Lunch/Dinner included
Day 7: Royal Temples & Chao Phraya River
Today is a deep dive into Bangkok’s history. We visit the Grand Palace, the former residence of the Kings of Siam, and the sacred Wat Phra Kaew.
Afterward, we cross the river to Wat Arun, the “Temple of Dawn,” famous for its intricate porcelain mosaic.
We end the day in style with a dinner cruise along the Chao Phraya River.
Meals: Breakfact/Lunch/Dinner included
Day 8: The Golden Mount & The Night Train
We start our morning at Wat Saket, also known as the Golden Mount. You’ll climb 318 steps to a glittering chedi that offers a panoramic 360-degree view of the old city—an area with a dark history involving a cholera epidemic and the famous “Vultures of Wat Saket.”
The afternoon is spent at Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the world’s largest markets.
As night falls, we board the iconic overnight train, settling into sleeper berths for the journey to Chiang Mai.
Meals: Breakfact/Lunch/Dinner included
Phase 2: The Heart of the North (Chiang Mai & Impact)
Day 9: Lanna Arrival & Old City Souls
Wake up to the lush landscapes of Northern Thailand as we pull into Chiang Mai at 10 AM.
After checking into your accommodation and catching up on rest, we spend the afternoon exploring the “Highlights of Chiang Mai Old City,” visiting ancient Lanna-style temples tucked away in quiet moats and alleys.
The evening is spent at the Chiang Mai Night Market, where you can find unique Northern handicrafts and some of the best Khao Soy (curry noodles) in the country.
Meals: Breakfact/Lunch/Dinner included
Day 10: Jungle Temples & The Secret Path
Experience the spiritual side of the North with Buddhist and meditation activities.
We then trek the “Monk’s Trail” through the jungle to reach Wat Palad, a hidden “Temple on the Slanting Rock” nestled next to a waterfall. Unlike the gilded city temples, this site is overgrown with moss and ancient carvings.
We continue up to the famous Doi Suthep for a view of the city before returning for a Thai Cooking Class, where you’ll learn to master three traditional Northern dishes.
Meals: Breakfact/Lunch/Dinner included
Day 11: Meet the Giants: Ethical Elephant Sanctuary
Today is a highlight for many: a full day at an ethical Elephant Sanctuary.
It is all about “Meeting the Giants” in a responsible way. You’ll help prepare their food, learn about their history and behavior, and walk with them through the forest.
It’s a day of learning about wildlife conservation and the efforts being made to protect these majestic creatures in Thailand.
We finish the evening with local sightseeing and a bit of boutique shopping.
Meals: Breakfact/Lunch/Dinner included
Day 12: The Chiang Rai Expedition
We take an epic day trip to Chiang Rai to see two of Thailand’s most artistic landmarks.
First is Wat Rong Khun (The White Temple), a modern masterpiece designed by artist Chalermchai Kositpipat, symbolizing the path from hell to enlightenment.
Next is the vibrant Wat Suea Long (The Blue Temple), famous for its striking sapphire hues and intricate modern murals.
All is this before returning to Chiang Mai for a free evening.
Meals: Breakfact/Lunch/Dinner included
Day 13: Zipline Adrenaline & Farewell BBQ
The adventure hits a high point today with the Flying Squirrels Zipline Adventure.
You’ll soar through the Northern jungle canopy, navigating ziplines, high-ropes, and sky-bridges. It’s a high-octane way to spend your final full day in the mountains.
The afternoon is yours to explore the city one last time or grab some final souvenirs.
We close the Real Immersion program with a legendary farewell Thai BBQ (Mookata) dinner, celebrating the squad and the impact you’ve made.
Meals: Breakfact/Lunch/Dinner included
Day 14: Final Farewells & Departure
After a final breakfast and a round of heartfelt farewells to the local team and your squad, it’s time to head out.
You can fly out from Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX) for your flight home or your next destination.
You leave with more than just photos, you leave with real skills, deep cultural insights, and the knowledge that your presence made a positive, tangible difference in the communities of Thailand.
