Step 1: Explore Programs

Start by browsing our volunteer programs.

We offer opportunities across Asia, Africa, Europe, and Latin America, including:

  • Teaching and education
  • Wildlife conservation
  • Marine conservation
  • Community development
  • Childcare support
  • Environmental projects
  • Healthcare-related placements
  • Professional internships

Each program page explains the destination, activities, accommodation, requirements, and what is included.

Step 2: Contact Us

Once you find a program that interests you, contact us with your preferred destination, travel dates, and any questions you may have.

If you're not sure which program is right for you, we're happy to discuss your options.

Step 3: Receive Your Proposal

We'll review your enquiry and confirm availability with the relevant local program partner.

If the program is suitable, we'll send you a proposal outlining:

  • Program details
  • Available dates
  • Accommodation information
  • What's included
  • Program fees
  • Deposit requirements

This gives you everything you need to make an informed decision before booking.

Step 4: Confirm Your Place

If you'd like to proceed, you'll complete a booking form and pay a deposit to secure your placement.

The standard deposit is:

  • €200
  • £175
  • US$250

depending on the currency of your booking.

Your place is confirmed once your application has been accepted and your deposit has been received.

Step 5: Prepare for Departure

Before you travel, we'll provide practical information to help you prepare for your trip.

This may include information about:

  • Arrival procedures
  • Accommodation
  • Packing recommendations
  • Visa considerations
  • Travel insurance requirements
  • Local customs and expectations

International flights are not included unless specifically stated.

Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is required for all participants.

Step 6: Arrive and Meet the Local Team

Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by the local program partner where airport pickup is included.

Most programs begin with an orientation covering:

  • Local customs
  • Safety information
  • Accommodation arrangements
  • Transportation
  • Program expectations

This helps participants settle into their new environment before beginning their placement.

Step 7: Begin Your Placement

You'll then begin your volunteer program or internship.

Daily activities vary depending on the destination, project, and local requirements.

Accommodation, local coordination, and in-country support are provided by the local program partner responsible for delivering the program.
